  • If clicking the previous link didn't do anything, or if it didn't open up your preferred media player:
    1. Open up any program capable of playing podcasts.
    2. Find the option to "Add a Podcast" or "Add a Subscription"
    3. When it asks you for the URL, or a link to the podcast, copy and paste the following line: http://www.shapingfamilies.com/resources/podcast.xml
  • If you don't have any other podcasts, and you're not sure where to start, try Miro. It works on Windows, Mac, and Linux, and it's completely free.
    1. Download Miro from www.getmiro.com/download
    2. Install Miro as you would install any other software on your computer. Once installed, run the application.
    3. In the menu bar at the top, click 'Sidebar' then 'Add Feed.'
    4. In the box next to 'URL:' type http://www.shapingfamilies.com/resources/podcast.xml
    5. Select 'audio' (not video), then click 'Create Feed.'
    6. Under 'Audio Feeds' in the left column, click the one titled "http://www.shapingfamilies.com/resources/podcast.xml"
    7. The most recent episode should automatically start downloading. Each week, the most recent episode will be downloaded to your computer. You can listen to an episode by double-clicking it.
