This is an easy, oven-baked way to cook any kind of pork you wish. The recipe came from producer Melodie’s sister-in-law, Barbara Davis, from whom she gratefully learned to cook many “Virginian” dishes. Melodie frequently makes these with some form of oven potatoes since the oven is on anyway.
